DaCosta Gwendoline Ltd.’s green building services are provided in collaboration with Studio Upwall and a team of licensed, US- and Trinidad-based architects. Our approach is centered on an integrated design concept that brings together interdisciplinary teams of engineers and contractors from the beginning of the project so that building systems performance and budget can be collectively addressed in the design solution. DGE’s Green Buildings experts are trained in architecture, structural engineering and environmental and materials sciences. Our green building expert team members are LEED AP, GreenPoint Rated and Passive House certified and each have over 15 years of experience managing the design and construction of schools, municipal buildings, retail and residential properties in the United States of America. Our green building experts have also managed the renovation of historic buildings including seismic retrofits. Services are aimed at maximizing resource conservation, indoor air quality, water conservation, energy efficiency and creating livable and sustainable communities for our clients, their employees and neighbours.
