Our team has performed many successful energy conservation policy development and implementation projects, and power/utility sector performance evaluations in the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean. We offer a balanced, information-driven approach that takes into consideration the interests of key stakeholders including customers, power suppliers, regulators and other branches of government. Our rate-analysis team members have 30 years of experience in energy economics and engineering analysis and have performed many demand forecasts, developed base cases and avoided cost structures and have examined alternative scenarios for meeting growth. In 2006, we completed electricity rate review services for the Trinidad and Tobago Ministry of Public Utilities and the Environment.
