China’s current green development is the most rapid, large-scaled construction boom in recent human history. Our strategic project partner, Max Perelman of BuildingWise and two colleagues embarked on a 9 week, 9 city journey across China for the production of their documentary on China’s construction industry, The Green Dragon.
They interviewed and filmed over 65 people from government officials and high level developers to product manufacturers, architects, and lawyers. These interviews provided a comprehensive perspective on the obstacles and opportunities presented to China in expanding its sustainable construction and development.
